How do I Change a User's Password in Qu EI?

Passwords are necessary for access to Qu Enterprise Intelligence. For various reasons a password may need to be updated. To do so:

  1. Navigate to Employees in the Employee section
  2. Select the employee whose password need to be changed
  3. Click Set Password
  4. Enter the Password in the first text box and reenter it in the second to confirm it
  5. Click Accept and then Click Save.

 

The Password is now changed.

 

 

If you are trying to update your password:

  1. Click your name in the upper righthand corner of the window
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it
  5. Click Confirm.

 

Your password is now changed
