The No Sale button allows you to open the cash drawer for actions that are not recorded (such as making change for a customer). As this action is not recorded, this action can be limited to a configurable permission. We recommend that only managers be granted permission for this function.
To complete a No Sale, navigate to the Payment Screen on the POS terminal and tap “No Sale.” In the example below, the No Sale button is grayed out because the user has not been granted permission to complete a No Sale. To do so, log out of the current user and log in with a user with the correct access.
