In some cases, it is necessary to engage offline credit processing (see How do I Take Credit Payments Offline for configuring this setting). Offline credit processing should only be enabled for the minimally necessary period of time because transactions will not finalize nor will checks post to the Qu cloud while offline. Therefore, once the connectivity problem or other issue is resolved, it is necessary to manually turn Credit Card Processing back online.
To revert a terminal back online:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to display the menu bar
- Touch More
- The Manual Offline Credit button should show Engaged.
- Touch the button to change Manual Offline Credit to disengaged
- You should get the below message
