My Qu Reports are not Updating?  (First Gen 2.0)


Qu reports are updated when a check closes on the POS terminal in store.  If internet service is not available at the store than the check will queue on the local terminal until a connection to the Qu cloud is restored; web orders also require internet for the check to be properly received by the store and posted. The most likely cause of a lost internet connection results from an outage with the Internet Service Provider (ISP).  Gusto recommends resetting the internet router or reaching out to your provider for further diagnostics and troubleshooting.
