Why is the Receipt Printer Not Working? (Next Gen)

If your printer is not working as expected, try these steps to get back up and running.

  1. Ensure that the printer is turned on and the power cord connected.  Is the green light on?
    1. If not, the printer is not getting power. Check the printer connections to the wall and the terminal.
    2. If the green light is on but flashing intermittently, please contact support for additional assistance.
  2. Ensure that the printer contains paper and is properly seated. If the printer is out of paper, an orange light will likely be displaying.
