If a scale is not properly weighing items, complete the following steps to troubleshoot.
- Remove all items from the scale
- Power down the scale for thirty seconds.
- When power has returned to the scale, ensure that the scale is showing a 0.00 weight.
- Restart Qu
- Once the app is restarted, replace the items on the scale and attempt to add the appropriate item to the check.
