Why is the Scale Not Weighing? (Next Gen)

If a scale is not properly weighing items, complete the following steps to troubleshoot.

  • Remove all items from the scale
  • Power down the scale for thirty seconds.
  • When power has returned to the scale, ensure that the scale is showing a 0.00 weight.
  • Restart Qu
  • Once the app is restarted, replace the items on the scale and attempt to add the appropriate item to the check.

If scale problems persists, contact Qu support.
