Why does the Product Mix Report show items in the Not Item Group Sections? (Next Gen)

An item that appears in the No Item Group in the Product Mix report has not been associated to any Reporting Group.  Once an item has been added to a Reporting Group, it will no longer display in the No Item Group.

To add an item to a reporting group:

  1. Hover over Configuration in EI (Enterprise Intelligence) and select Reports
  2. Click on Item Groups

From here you can either:

  • Add Items to an existing item group, or
  • Create and add items to a new item group
